এবারের মেলায় বাংলাদেশ, ভারত, শ্রীলঙ্কা, থাইল্যান্ড, মালায়েশিয়া, ইন্দোনেশিয়া, সিঙ্গাপুর, জার্মানি ও ইতালিসহ বিশ্বের ২০টি দেশের ২৭০টির বেশি প্রতিষ্ঠান অংশগ্রহণ করবে। মেলায় তৈরি পোশাক খাতে ব্যবহৃত বিভিন্ন সরঞ্জাম ও মোড়কীকরণ সামগ্রী তৈরির যন্ত্র, সেলাই মেশিন, এমব্রয়ডারি, ডাইং, প্রিন্টিং কাটিং, ক্যাড-ক্যাম, স্প্রেডিং যন্ত্র ইত্যাদি প্রদর্শন করবে প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলো।
