ভোকেশনাল শিক্ষা চালুর পরিকল্পনা বাস্তবায়নে তিনটি অংশ আলাদা করা হয়েছে- ৬৪০টি মাধ্যমিক পর্যায়ের স্কুল-মাদ্রাসায় (নবম-দশম) বৃত্তিমূলক শিক্ষা চালু, নিু মাধ্যমিক (ষষ্ঠ-অষ্টম) পর্যায়ের সব প্রতিষ্ঠানে প্রাক-বৃত্তিমূলক শিক্ষা চালু এবং মাধ্যমিক পর্যায়ের সব প্রতিষ্ঠানে (সব স্কুল ও মাদ্রাসা) বৃত্তিমূলক শিক্ষা চালু। ইতিমধ্যে প্রথম দুই অংশের পরিকল্পনা চূড়ান্ত হয়েছে এবং প্রস্তুতিমূলক কাজ শুরু হয়েছে। তৃতীয় অংশের পরিকল্পনা চূড়ান্ত করতে আগামী ২৭ মে ফের সভা বসবে।
